Welcome to YallaPro! These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of the YallaPro mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by YallaPro ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Accounts and Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to make any purchases.
• Accuracy: You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including a valid Gamer Tag.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. YallaPro is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.

2. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases

YallaPro offers virtual currency ("Coins"), tokens, and premium upgrades which can be purchased using real money via official store payment gateways.

• No Real-World Value: Coins, Tokens, and XP earned or purchased within the app have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or cashed out.
• Final Sales: All purchases of virtual currency and cosmetic items are final and non-refundable by us.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions Terms

• Billing & Auto-Renewal: Premium plans (e.g., VIP Player, Elite Manager) are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly) and auto-renew unless canceled. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and renewals will be charged within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscription Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings (for iOS users) or Google Play Subscriptions (for Android users) on your device after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
• Refund Policy: All in-app subscription purchases are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. If you wish to request a refund, you must request it directly through the customer support of the respective store, subject to their refund policies.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Guidelines

Our Service allows users to post links, status updates, comments, and images in the Community section.

• Immediate Reporting & Blocking: The application provides built-in mechanisms for users to instantly flag inappropriate content and block abusive users.
• Moderation Action: YallaPro administration reviews reported content within a maximum of 24 hours. We reserve the right to immediately remove any objectionable content and permanently ban violating user accounts without prior notice.

5. Fair Play and Tournament Rules

YallaPro provides a competitive esports environment. Integrity is our top priority.

• Match Results: Users are responsible for submitting accurate match statistics and screenshots. Falsifying results or submitting tampered evidence is strictly prohibited.
• Penalties: We reserve the right to reverse match results, deduct team points, remove trophies, or permanently ban accounts and clubs found guilty of cheating or match-fixing.

6. Disclaimers & Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding UGC), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YallaPro and its licensors.

7. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Egypt. Any legal dispute will be raised exclusively before the courts of Cairo.
